TIMELINE & SHIPPING
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Production times vary depending on the product and level of customization. Your estimated production timeline will be provided when you place your order. Please keep in mind that custom orders require time for design, proofing, printing, and finishing. Once you've approved your design, invites are typically shipped out within 7-10 business days.
WHEN SHOULD I ORDER MY INVITES?
We recommend ordering your Save the Dates several months before you plan to mail them. This gives you plenty of time for customization, proofing, printing, addressing, and mailing without feeling rushed.
DO YOU OFFER RUSH ORDERS?
Rush orders may be available depending on our current production schedule. If you're working with a tight deadline, reach out before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently only ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please reach out and we'll see what options may be available.
ORDER CUSTOMIZATION
CAN I REQUEST A COLOR THAT IS NOT SHOWN?
Yes! Our available colors are a starting point, but we’re always happy to discuss custom color options. Send us an email with your inspiration or color reference and we’ll let you know what we can do.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN EXISTING DESIGN?
Of course. We can often adjust elements such as wording, colors, layout, or artwork to better suit your event. Custom changes may require an additional design fee depending on the scope of the request.
DO YOU OFFER COMPLETELY CUSTOM STATIONERY?
Yes. If you have an idea that doesn't quite fit one of our existing designs, we'd love to create something from scratch with you. Custom stationery is one of our favorite things to make.
REVIEWS & APPROVALS
WILL I RECEIVE A PROOF BEFORE MY ORDER IS PRINTED?
Yes. For customized stationery, you'll receive a digital proof to review and approve before we send your order to print.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO REVIEW MY CUSTOM DESIGN?
We recommend reviewing your proof as soon as possible so your order stays on schedule. Printing will not begin until your proof has been approved.
CAN I REQUEST REVISIONS TO MY CUSTOM DESIGN?
We want you to feel confident about your final piece. We offer three rounds of revisions for custom stationery. Simply send us your requests and we'll send back an updated proof for approval before printing.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES AFTER APPROVING MY CUSTOM DESIGN?
Please review your proof carefully, including names, dates, addresses, spelling, and punctuation. Once a proof has been approved and sent to print, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made. If an error was made on our end, please reach out and we’ll work with you to make it right.
CAN I ORDER A SAMPLE BEFORE PLACING MY CUSTOM ORDER?
Yes, when samples are available for the design you're considering. A sample can be a helpful way to experience the paper, printing, colors, and overall feel before committing to your full order.
